The former governor of Anambra State and the former Labour presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential elections Mr. Peter Obi, has come out to heavily criticize the recent moves to share 2027 campaign buses and other vehicles across states.

In his x post, Mr. Peter Obi described the action as being highly insensitive to the hard conditions of Nigerians are currently going through. He also described the action as an abuse of power, since by law it is not yet time for elections, but unfortunately those saddled with safeguarding the rule of law are now the ones abusing it.
